Rob Szymanski is an experienced business leader, consultant and sales executive with a proven track record of delivering growth, transformation and improved business performance across the aged care, information technology and utilities sectors.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Rob has held senior leadership and executive roles with organisations including CitiPower, Fujitsu, Computer Sciences Corporation, Alphawest and JAV IT Group. His experience encompasses executive general management, sales leadership, business development, strategic planning, organisational transformation and customer engagement.

Rob has a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams and establish successful sales organisations. His achievements include growing Alphawest's Victorian business from $9 million to $95 million in sales, winning more than $50 million in new business at Computer Sciences Corporation, and establishing a new sales organisation at CitiPower that exceeded its average margin target by 65%. As Executive General Manager and CEO of JAV IT Group, he established new sales teams and helped secure more than 45 new client accounts.

As Principal Consultant and Owner of Results Care Group, Rob provides strategic advice, training and coaching to organisations seeking to improve sales, marketing, leadership and operational performance. His work has included supporting major Australian aged care providers.
